Bombers at the Cardinal Game

T's baseball team, the Bombers, sold tickets to the Cardinal game as a fundraiser. The top four sellers were able to go down on the field during warmup. T was hoping for an autograph or two, but he wasn't able to get one. He still loved being so close and watching them hit. He got to see the coaches talking to the players, etc. Real major league baseball stuff. He says he wants to be a professional baseball player when he grows up.

After warm up, they went to their seats to sit with the rest of the team, and even though it was cold, they still had a "blast!" They got to see 3 homeruns, and the Cardinals won 9-3 against the Pirates.

Thanks to my DH for taking all of the great pictures! You know I wasn't going to be there. It was in the 30s. Nuff said.

BTW (by the way) DH stands for Dear Hubby, not Designated Hitter like my husband thought.

Now, I'm starting to feel like Rachel Ray with her EVOO.
