We had been getting some lettuce for sandwiches but now the rabbits have eaten ALL of that. The cukes (cucumbers) are really plentiful, and I think we will be getting a lot more of those. Here is what a baby cucumber looks like.
Here they are when they are ready. This was just from today.
Our tomatoes are still green and small. But it looks like we will get a lot of those. We have regular tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.
So far, I am really happy with our science experiment. The kids think it's pretty cool that veggies actually came up. I would think it's really cool if the kids would actually eat some of it.
This is our biggest yellow squash so far. I'm going to let this bad boy grow and see how big it gets.
